The system was developed by DGNB (Sustainable Building Council Germany) and it provides sustainable certification profiles for buildings, districts and cities.<\/p>\n<p>EGS-plan as one of the leading DGNB consultants in Southeast Asia has already applied the system on a total of 7 buildings in Thailand and two of them were industrial buildings (New Grohe Factory 3, Haefele Logistic Center Extension).<\/p>\n<p>WHA wants to take it to the next level and assesses the possibility to certify a complete industrial estate with an area of 12,805,392 m2. The industrial real estate developer has already committed itself to safeguard the environment and expects the view of a third party on their environmental strategies as well as further suggestions for improvement. Results of the project are an adapted rating scheme and a pre-assessment of WHA\u2019s industrial estate.
