The overall goal is to develop tools and procedures to achieve a consistent and commissioning quality in our projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide and manage the commissioning team of EGS-plan<\/li>\n<li>Improve tools, templates and procedures for commissioning projects<\/li>\n<li>Provide Commissioning services for green building certification (e.g. LEED, TREES and DGNB):<\/li>\n<li>Develop owner&#8217;s projects requirements, review bases of design, write commissioning plan, pre-functional checklists<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage the commissioning process<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site visits, supervise functional tests, write protocols<\/li>\n<li>Follow up and review submitted commissioning documents from the contractor<\/li>\n<li>Write reports (<strong>mostly in English language<\/strong>) and submit to international green building councils<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Energy Audits in buildings, analyze findings, give recommendations, develop presentations<\/li>\n<li>Implement Measurement &amp; Verification concepts and monitoring-based commissioning, analyze measurement data, give recommendations, develop presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key skills\/experience required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thai Nationals only<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering<\/li>\n<li>7-8 years of experience in relevant fields<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least adjunct engineering certificate<\/li>\n<li>4-5 years of extensive experience in building MEP design and\/or building MEP commissioning and \/or operation<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of:<\/li>\n<li>ASHRAE 90.1 &#8211; Energy Standard<\/li>\n<li>ASHRAE 55 &#8211; Thermal Comfort<\/li>\n<li>ASHRAE 62.1 and 62.2 &#8211; Ventilation and IAQ<\/li>\n<li>ASHRAE Guideline &#8211; Commissioning Process for Buildings and Systems<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proficiency in English reading, speaking and report writing <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Must be self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>TOEIC &gt; 800 is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Study in an English-speaking country is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Accredited LEED AP or TREES-A will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment is required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, good negotiating abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to do technical report in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply here: <span class=\"py34i1dx\"><span data-offset-key=\"9nbne-1-0\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/3tgSTrP<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced commissioning engineer for LEED, TREES and DGNB certified building projects, who is eager to guide and manage the commissioning team of EGS-plan.
