On October 1st, Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI)<\/a> awarded Preliminary EDGE Advanced Certification to the Habitat Mahidol project. The developer,\u00a0Ornsirin Holding Public Company Limited, is realizing this sustainable residential development in Chiang Mai.<\/p>\n

The project comprises four single-family luxury residential buildings with a total floor area of 900 m\u00b2. The\u00a0EDGE Advanced Certification, the highest level of EDGE, was achieved through impressive savings of\u00a044% in energy,\u00a036% in water, and\u00a042% in embodied materials compared to the local baseline.<\/p>\n

As\u00a0Thailand\u2019s first EDGE Preferred Service Provider, EGS-plan (Bangkok) Co., Ltd.<\/a> is supporting the project with its EDGE Expert and Auditor team.
\nKey sustainability measures include rooftop solar systems, enhanced roof insulation, and water-saving fixtures. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed at the beginning of next year.<\/p>\n
