EGS-plan has supported the project with enhanced commissioning services. Building commissioning is a quality management process, which verifies, that the technical systems of a new building are meeting the owner\u2019s project requirements. Therefore, the commissioning has started early at the beginning of the SamYan project. In regular intervals, the construction of the project was verified by EGS-plan\u2019s commissioning experts to comply with the design and the owner\u2019s project expectations. The actual commissioning work started with finalizing of the construction and the startup of the technical systems. Our team also clarified the stakeholder\u2019s responsibilities and provided installation and functional checklists, so that the startup of the building was a structured process, despite of the final hectic weeks of a construction project.
