EDGE Buildings (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is an innovative green building certification system developed by IFC – International Finance Corporation, a member of the The World Bank Group. Designed to be affordable, agile, and effective, EDGE helps reduce a building’s energy, water, and material consumption by at least 20%.
With a skilled team that includes two EDGE Experts, one EDGE Auditor, and experienced mechanical and structural engineers, EGS-plan has already successfully audited five construction projects, with six more currently in the pipeline.
Our growing portfolio includes warehouses, retail spaces, office buildings, resorts, and hotels.
