Main Building, Plaza East, and Plaza West (total: 225,000 m2GFA). EGS-plan conducted ASHRAE Level 1&2 Energy Audits to assess the current condition of the buildings regarding energy consumption (benchmark), comfort (thermal, lighting, air quality), condition of the building systems and building envelope. 

Reducing Energy and Maintenance Costs in the Hospitality Sector

Energy and maintenance are important cost factors in the hospitality business. GIZ has therefore supported 6 hotels and resorts in Southern Thailand and subcontracted EGS-plan to conduct energy audits and communicate the results to the Thai hospitality sector.

The River Condominium is a luxury high-rise condominium located close to Chao Phraya River. The building comprises 2 towers (the North tower with 42 floors and the South tower with 71 floors) and have houses 826 units.
