Kolang plans to extend the existing factory in Khlong Nueng, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani, Thailand. The new building is a three stories factory building with a total floor area of approximately 9,900 sqm. About 900 sqm will be used for offices and will award DGNB Gold.

The Thai Health Care Center is an office building which has 4 stories and one basement with a gross floor area of 25,000 sqm. It is located in Bangkok, Thailand and was awarded Green Office.

EGS-Plan has carried out a research study in close cooperation with WHA and DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) to adapt the German DGNB certification system for industrial real estates to Thailand.

Swiss School intents to build an extension of the existing building including an educational building and a sport hall. The new school building consists of 3 floors, anew mezzanine and a library floor with a total gross floor of 4,305 sqm.

Block 33 is a mixed-use building with a gross floor area of 116,000 sqm. It will be certified according to the local certification system TREES and aims for the Gold level.

The Choice Corporate Park is an office building which has 4 stories and one basement with a gross floor area of 4,300 sqm. It is located in Chiangmai, Thailand, and targets TREES Platinum.

The new Harn office building is located in Bangkok and has a gross floor area of 7,691 sqm on 6 floors.

EGS-plan has developed the energy and sustainability concept and is also the DGNB consultant in the project.

The new Grohe Zinc Die Casting Factory Project is a detached extension building on the Grohe Siam industrial real estate in Klaeng, Rayong, Thailand. To show Grohe’s commitment to sustainability, the management decided to strive for a silver certification according to the German Sustainable Building Council DGNB.
