We’re proud to share that the KIS Reception and Administration Office Building has been awarded LEED v4 BD+C Gold Certification – a major milestone that reflects the Reignwood Group’s commitment to sustainable and high-performance building design.

Located in Reignwood Park, Lum Luk Ka (Pathum Thani), this 4,100 sqm, 3-story facility now stands as a benchmark for green building excellence in Thailand.

As the LEED Commissioning Authority (CxA), EGS-plan (Bangkok) Co., Ltd. provided both Fundamental (EAp1) and Enhanced Commissioning (EAc1) services. Our role was to ensure all systems were not only designed and installed correctly but also operate as intended – with advanced performance verification for long-term efficiency.

The project integrates key sustainability features such as:

✅ Water conservation strategies
✅ Environmentally preferable materials
✅ Enhanced indoor air quality

Together, these efforts create a healthier, more efficient, and environmentally responsible building – showing what’s possible when sustainable design and rigorous commissioning come together.
